I WAS IN A RECIPE SWAP ON SWAP BOT AND WAS GIVIN SOME GREAT RECIPES!
I HAD PERMISSION TO SHARE THEM.

Beefy Rice
2 C. rice, uncooked
2 C. beef broth
2 C. water
1 ½ stick oleo
Chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp garlic salt

**Mix, cover and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 9x13 pan.  Substitute, dry onion soup mix. Can also add mushrooms.
